In an effort to become somewhat less of a digital sharecropper for facebook, I have spent the last two days setting up images galleries here at transglobalist.com and porting all (or most) of my images here from http://facebook.com/transglobalist. It was always my intention to use facebook merely as a means of pushing notifications to those of you (errrr, us) who rely too much on that service. Now, in the final hours before my departure to India, I have finally found the motivation to accomplish the transfer.
There is now a “Galleries” link in the site’s main menu, and separate albums for Asia and North America (the only images I’ve had time to bother with so far). I hope you’ll take a few minutes to click around, particularly on the Nepal and India galleries, and that you’ll leave me a comment if you run across any technical issues.
Now…I’m off to prepare for my departure to India, which is about 36 hours away.
