Retrospectiva Quiteña (2023), Parte II

Amigos queridos—

If all goes well, at this time tomorrow I’ll be on a bus to Tulcan–an Ecuadorian border town where I’ll spend my final in-country evening. On Tuesday I’ll cross into Colombia and spend a couple of nights in Ipiales–where I’ll sort out my route to Cali.

These photos have nothing at all to do with that.

What follows is a random sampling of shots from the Centro Historico and Mariscal Sucre: signs, stickers, street food, and other miscellaneous images.

I’ll check in again once I’m in Colombia and en route to Cali–the salsa capital of the world (or so they say).
